Andy has worked at the top end of the UK Film industry for over 15 years, working primarily as a Supervising Location Manager on some of the most recognisable productions to date, notably the Kingsman franchise, Rocketman and more recently, Frankenstein.
He has also been active in the studio world advising on current trends of filming locations and studio layouts that cater for both the client and the crew.
Utilising his knowledge of filmmaking and studio, Andy understands the requirements of both the business and show business.
Andy has an exceptional reputation for delivering projects no matter the scale or size of the budget. He has built up a vast contact list and continues to be in demand in a growing UK industry.
Prior to this Andy had a long and successful career within the British Royal Marines, serving across the globe.
Terry is a Chartered Construction Manager with over 20 years of Construction and Project Management experience in the Construction and Film & TV Studio Facility industry, responsible for delivering over 300,000ft2 of Production spaces with projects at Winnersh Film Studios, Wycombe Film Studios, Farnborough Film Studios, Bovingdon Airfield Studios on behalf of Amazon and Bray Studios on behalf of Amazon.
In 2022 Terry joined Stage Fifty as Head of Construction and set about change management and implementation of new policies and procedures in addition to liaising with the Operational team and Productions to aid in the Design and Build of internal set pieces/sets etc.
In 2024 he joined Wycombe Film Studios to continue the Construction of the new facility and be an integral part of the future development and expansion of the business. With proven production delivery with excellent project management, health & safety, cooperation and high presentation standards with production and external stakeholders, Terry has built many strong relationships across the production world.
Laurence (AKA Loz) has over 12 years of experience in the Film & TV Studio Facility sector, working at four different Studios during that time. Joining Warner Bros Studios Leavesden as Operations Manager before it officially opened in 2012, Laurence’s operational experience ensured that the facility opened on schedule, immediately welcoming large tent-pole productions. During his nine years at Warner Bros, Laurence was instrumental in the continuous expansion of the facility while ensuring multiple productions could continue working unhindered.
Laurence then joined Twickenham Film Studios as Director of Operations & Facilities, responsible for the daily operations of the studio space, the post-production facility and development projects. In 2022 Laurence joined Stage Fifty as the Studio Operations Director responsible for their three studio sites.
Recruiting new teams and introducing policies and procedures whilst servicing multiple productions across all sites, he has played a major part in expanding the Stage Fifty brand. In 2024 he joined Wycombe Film Studios to launch the new facility and be an integral part of the future development and expansion of the business. With a focus on excellent service delivery, health & safety, cooperation and high presentation standards, Laurence has built many strong relationships across the production fraternity and continues to ensure that productions are fully supported throughout their ‘run of show’.
